The Doctoral Hooding is a formal ceremony organized by KU Graduate Studies. The hooding is not for undergraduate or masters students – it honors only doctoral recipients. This ceremony does require tickets (limit of 4) and is held at the Lied Center at 7:30 p.m. on May 13, 2017. You must contact your major advisor to verify his/her participation, since your advisor will accompany you on stage to perform the hooding. Please contact your advisor in advance of the event.

Priority registration is due March 17, 2017. Registration deadline is March 27, 2017.
