Safe Ride - The KU Student Senate operates the Safe Ride program. It offers free rides from anywhere in Lawrence to the students' home. Hours: 10:30 p.m. - 2:30 a.m. seven days a week while classes are in session. Student must show their KU identification card to use the program. Call 785/864-SAFE.
Jaywalk - The KU Student Senate operates the Jaywalk program. It is a program to help ease students' campus safety concerns by providing an escort between campus buildings at night. Based in the Student Involvement and Leadership Center, Jaywalk operates Sunday - Thursday from 8pm - 12am. To request their service call 785/864-5390 or stop by their office on the 4th floor of the Kansas Union.
