Enroll & Pay

Before you can enroll in classes, all KU students need to have a KU online ID. To obtain a KU online ID, go to http://www.ku.edu/technology/online.shtml. Follow the directions to set up your online ID. If you think you already have an online ID but forgot your password, you can set up a new password there.

Once you have a KU Online ID and password, you will want to get familiar with an online feature accessed through the Office of the Registrar site called Enroll & Pay. Enroll & Pay enables students to do most academic tasks online at any time.

For assistance in navigating Enroll & Pay, go to the Office of the Registrar site, click on Enrollment Guide, then on the appropriate semester. There you will find an assortment of Enroll & Pay Assistance through in-person or telephone support, and online tutorials.

You can also access Enroll & Pay through the Kyou Portal (from the KU Homepage). The Kyou Portal is your first stop for online services at KU. Access email, course schedules, grades, put money on your KU card, purchase a parking permit, renew a library book and much more — all from one location.
