There are three sources of travel funds available to doctoral students, and they should be pursued in numerical order as appropriate.
1) Research and Graduate Studies - $400.00 (for presenters only) and available only once in a student's academic career. Information and application form available online on the RGS Travel Funding page.
2) School of Education - up to $400.00. Link to the SOE's Research Funding Support page to access the guidelines and application link (pdf downloadable document).
3) Department of Special Education - up to $300 for travel to present a scholarly paper at a regional or national conference. Complete the Department of Special Education Research Enhancement Funds form and turn it in to Dr. Sandra Gautt at 521 JRP.
Students may get an advance from University Endowment which must be paid back once the travel reimbursement funds arrive!
