The KUPDS Alliance currently partners seven schools – four elementary, two middle/junior high schools and one high school – with the KU School of Education. The schools are located in Lawrence, Kansas City, De Soto and Shawnee Mission – all in Kansas. All have a significant population of minority or low social economic status students. For each school in the alliance, one or two teachers and one School of Education faculty member are identified as liaisons to the Alliance.
